Product Information

RAwsome Meals are handmade in small batches and flash frozen to lock-in nutrients. 

All ingredients are human-grade, USDA approved and untouched by hormones or antibiotics.

All ungulate ingredients come from pasture-raised or wild livestock. 

How much should I feed my pet?

Feed your pet a percentage of its ideal weight and level of activity.

  • Moderately active (leash-walked) dogs typically need 18% of their ideal body weight, per week.
  • Active dogs & puppies typically need between 21% & 28% of their ideal body weight, per week.
  • Elderly & inactive dogs may need as little as 14% of their recommended body weight, weekly.

Plug your pet’s “ideal weight” into the line that best describes your pet's level of activity.

  • Moderately active dogs = (ideal wt.) x .18 = weekly ration in lbs.
  • Active dogs & puppies = (ideal wt.) x .21 to .28 = weekly ration in lbs.  
  • Elderly & inactive dogs = (ideal wt.) x .14 = weekly ration in lbs.
Divide the weekly ration by 7 to get a daily ration, or by 6 to include a fast day. 

For small dogs, multiply the daily ration result by 16 to convert your answer to ounces and round off, as needed.

Recommended supplements: 

  • Basic: 1 - 2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar w/mother per 16oz of raw meal. Add a little water and mix gently.

  • Complete: 1 - 2 Tbsp fermented greens and brine, per 16oz of raw meal fed. Apple cider vinegar, optional

  • Nature's way: Whole prey. 1/4 - 1/2 ration mixed in. 

Thawing RAwsome Meals:

  • Thaw gently, remove meal(s) from freezer and place in refrigerator 24 hours prior to feeding.
  • Thaw quickly, place tightly closed package into a bowl of hot water, replacing hot water as needed.
  • Thaw in microwave (not recommended), remove meal from container, place on porcelain dish, "nuke" on Defrost.
NOTE: RAwsome Meals are meant to be fed raw. Do not cook. Cover and return uneaten portion to the fridge. If your dog won't eat really cold meals leave out until just cool before feeding. It may seem strange that your dog will eat cold, raw meat, but please remember, you aren't a canine.

  • Delivery is FREE on your first order of $100 or more. 
  • Subsequent orders of $300 or more deliver FREE. 
  • A $25 delivery charge is added to orders where applicable.
  • ​Orders are delivered by refrigerated van. Dry ice is available to keep meals frozen for up to 24 hrs after delivery.  

Need to travel with frozen raw meals? Pack meals with dry ice in a quality cooler. Replace dry ice, as needed.
