Our Big Dog Bucket is the same recipe as our meals only with whole lamb shanks and organs in big pieces. Each bucket contains four 1 lb. Pasture-fed New Zealand lamb shanks and a 1 lb. mix of pasture-fed New Zealand Angus heart, liver, kidney & spleen. Shank is the portion of the rear leg from just below the knee to the ankle. A lamb shank makes a dog work for its meal, exercising the jaw muscles, providing sinew and an edible marrow bone.
